Product Quality and Limitations:

We ensure products are processed and packaged in accordance with agreed quality standards.

Natural variations in color, texture, aroma, or potency may occur due to the organic nature of herbal products and are not considered defects.

Improper storage, handling, or misuse after delivery is not covered under any quality assurance.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for order cancellations or shipment rescheduling.
